Amptec Research is proud to be an ISO 9001:2015 certified business. In 2023, we successfully passed our first independent audit and achieved company-wide ISO 9001:2015 status. The ISO 9001 certification is the highest available quality standard that is internationally recognized – and it is a testament to a company’s commitment to not just product quality, but also performance improvement programs and customer satisfaction. This certification is an ongoing responsibility with frequent internal and external audits (we use the certifying body known as SGS America), and the implementation of countless processes to manage the quality and consistency of nearly every department within an organization.
As a client of Amptec Research, you directly benefit from our ISO 9001 status. It means we hold tried and true the following principals:
- Customer Satisfaction: The standard ensures that our organization has robust quality control processes in place, leading to decreased errors in our products, services, and correspondence with you. These processes have been independently reviewed and verified – ensuring that our quality control systems are not just successful, but that we continue to follow them.

- Stricter Criteria: Being ISO 9001 certified also means that we have strict criteria in place that our vendors must adhere to in order to be eligible to do business with us. From our janitorial staff to our component suppliers, we raise the standard of those around us by demanding the very best.
The organization that manages ISO standards regularly meets and reviews the criteria necessary to achieve certification. In August 2023, the group that manages the ISO 9001 standard met, and determined a new revision would be published in the near future – as the last revision was published in 2015 (hence our certification being ISO 9001:2015). Amptec Research looks forward to seeing the new guidelines when they are published, and rising to meet them.
