Online Store Terms and Conditions

Lead Times

The lead times of items in our online store are subject to change without notice, and can vary from 1-8 weeks. This is because we do not always have stock on hand of all items available. Often times, your item must be built to order, and placed within our existing production flow of orders we have already received from other clients. Therefore, depending on the number of online orders received before yours, you may see an increased lead time. Additionally, the availability of components necessary to complete your order is constantly in flux, and can also impact availability.

Therefore, from the date of your purchase, it can take up to 8 weeks for your item to ship from our facility.

If you require more specific lead time information, or need us to expedite your order, please contact us to arrange a purchase offline.

Shipping

The price of shipping and the mode that you select (Overnight, Ground, Express, etc.) has no bearing on how fast your order is processed, nor how quickly it leaves our facility. The shipping speed you select impacts only the speed with which you receive your item(s) after it leaves our facility.

If you would like us to use your shipping account through UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ship you your items, please contact us to arrange an offline purchase as this is not possible through our website.

Pricing

Pricing on any items available for online purchase are subject to change. However, once you have made a purchase and received an order confirmation, the price you received for your item(s) is locked in and will not increase for that specific order.

Payment Processing

As soon as you reach the final stage of checkout within our online store and receive an order confirmation, your payment is processed. If this does not work for you, and you need your payment to only be processed once the item ships, please contact us to arrange a purchase offline.

Quantity Discounts

Quantity discounts are not available through our online store, but may be available via an offline purchase. Please contact us for more information.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All purchases through our website, as well as offline, are subject to NCNR (non-cancellable, non-returnable) terms. This is because we are a small business and build the majority of the items we sell to order. Therefore, you may not request a refund nor cancel your order once it has been placed.

However, we are happy to work with you on an exchange if you purchased the wrong item or find another one of our offerings would work better for you. This can only be accomplished within 60 days of your initial purchase and the item you wish to exchange must be in a new condition. If the item you would like to exchange for is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference in cost. Please contact us for more information.
